Our Story

Don St Germain has been a licensed real estate agent working with an exciting variety of properties across British Columbia since 2009. He's endured his fair share of market turbulence, and the relationships with both buyers agents and sellers agents in the good times, the not so good times and when the bottom of the market appeared to have fallen out.

As the years grew on, so did recommendation requests from his sellers moving elsewhere in Canada, looking for a trusted, committed and knowledgeable real estate agent to work with when purchasing a new home.

He also started receiving recommendations from real estate agents all over Canada, the USA and Europe for buyers moving to his hometown of Victoria, BC.

Don has been continually interviewing real estate agents countrywide and myhomerate.ca was born to help assist buyers and sellers with one of their largest financial transactions.

By combining his lifelong passions of real estate and helping others in need, myhomerate.ca brings it all together for both home buyers and home sellers and ultimately giving back to our local communities.
